Producer, Development and Production Documentary Series Seasons 1 & 2Season 1 and Season 2 feature renown chefs such as, Michael Cimarusti (Providence), Ray Garcia (Broken Spanish), Minh Phan (Porridge and Puffs), Carlos Salgado (Tacos Maria) and Wes Avila (Guerilla Tacos) and won two Emmy Awards as well as two James Beard Media Award nominations. The series was also nominated for a Webby Award in the Food & Drink category in 2017, and came second only to the winner, Chef's Table.
As KCET's lead producer on the pilot season I worked closely with KCET's Chief Creative Officer, Juan Devis and the Life & Thyme team developing and reviewing concepts and rough cuts, making crew recommendations, and overseeing branding and graphic developing, while ensuring the production met our network deadlines.
